extensions taken from sandag abm3 example on activitysim repo, configs from current ABM3 Development, model data from old cropped data set dated 30Jan24
needed to update a few settings, handle categorical variable comparisons, and add a few fields to the landuse file. Run time is 11 mins for cropped example (sp on laptop).
Needed because pip still contains activitysim v1.3.4, but we need v1.3.5 or greater.
Current CI tests failing because of outdated packages in the main branch. Using this estimation_enhancements branch until that gets resolved.
